Opens a file made by Backup or Export. You see what is in it first. An import only adds recipes that are missing (matched by name); it never changes a recipe already here.
ADD A RECIPE
Two ways to add a recipe. Either way it lands in the same form below, so you can check it and fix it before anything is saved.
Paste the address of a recipe page. The app reads the ingredients and directions off it.
Fill in the form below yourself. You can also paste a whole list of ingredients into the ingredients box — one per line — and the app splits out the amounts and units for you.

Recipes you moved to the trash. They are hidden from the book and the search, but nothing is deleted — Restore puts one back exactly as it was. Backups include them.
