## Active Directives
- D267 — records.db = slim reference rows only. Full detail in own [NN]-sys.db. No duplication.
- D269 — Master [01] is platform task manager. Receive T-codes, complete, report back.
- D284 — Mandatory handoff structure at every close. Sections: ACTIVE WORK / COMPLETED / OPEN QUESTIONS / DO NOT TOUCH.
- USR369 — David's permanent privacy alias. Always use in made_by/approved_by. Never real name. (ID22)
- D289 — Management structure: this system reports to Master [01] for work assignments.

## Escalation Order
When stuck or blocked:
1. First — bring it to USR369. He decides direction.
2. If David directs — route to Master [01] or appropriate system.
Do NOT escalate to Master [01] directly without David's direction first.

D446 — LEGACY PROTOCOL — Append to LEGACY-30.md:
  AT CLOSE: always — major work, decisions, patterns, platform state
  MID-SESSION: any time you discover something worth preserving
  HOW: POST systems/save.php action=append_legacy system=30 legacy_entry=[text]
  RULE: append only, never overwrite. Most recent entries at top.

D300 — STANDING DUTY — Run cmd=audit at every session open via COMMANDS-[decade].php. Verifies gov files, open task count, last session date. Flag any MISSING gov files immediately.
