Built after USR369 flagged 5 Tech library pages as "looking very incomplete." Each row below
shows the current live page next to any archived predecessor candidate found in
the old-zips index (263 zips, Feb–July 2026 era, indexed via systems/old-zips-index-api.php
+ systems/old-zips-search-api.php). Archived links point directly into the live
extraction folder — they open for real, nothing was copied here. Read the verdict note before
assuming bigger = better; one of these is a mislabeled false lead.
Page-by-page comparison
Housekeeping Library
Archived file's own <title> correctly says "Housekeeping Library v2.0" (filename says v1.0 — old version-numbering mismatch, not a mislabel of system).
ADOPTED 08/26/26 -- USR369 reviewed and approved. Live housekeeping-library.html is now this archived version (old live version backed up to PREVIOUS_housekeeping-library_08-26-26.html). Follow-up check: its "Android" tab and the "+Tab 6"/"+Tab 7" placeholders are empty shells, no hidden data -- nothing lost there.
Tech Library UI
Filename found under the old system's ARCHIVE/Database_PREV/ convention (confirms Database_PREV was a per-system archival folder name in the old CAI, not something that should exist standalone on the live server today — resolves last session's open question).
CORRECTED (round 3, 08/26/26) -- I was wrong in rounds 1-2. Found a real, correctly-titled archived predecessor: Tech_Library_UI_v1.0.html (distinct from the mislabeled _PREV file). It has QA-001 through QA-019 (19 entries) and SCRIPT-001-004 -- checked the actual LIVE page directly this time and it already has the exact same 19 QA + 4 scripts. Live Tech Library UI is NOT missing anything. My earlier "incomplete" conclusion was based on never actually counting the live page's own entries -- correcting the record here.
Script Library
Live page's own title: "Housekeeping — Script Library" (correct match to this archive branch).
CORRECTED (round 3, 08/26/26): found the real missing piece. LIBR_Windows_Tech_06_20_26_v1.0a.html ("Windows Library v1.0") has SCRIPT-001 through SCRIPT-005 -- live script-library.html only has 001-004. SCRIPT-005 = "Disable OneDrive Completely" (PowerShell, qaRef QA-004), real full working code recovered. Same archived file also has QA-001 through QA-018 plus 4 Windows-specific entries (QA-W010 file sharing/LAN, QA-W011 Pinegrow HTML editor recommendation, QA-W012 FTP/cPanel server connection, QA-W013 Windows password recovery) that don't exist on any live page right now. This is USR369's "almost empty" instinct confirmed correct -- awaiting his call on where the QA-W entries should live (script-library.html doesn't currently have a QA tab at all) before adding anything. UPDATE: ADOPTED 08/26/26 -- USR369 approved using what was found. SCRIPT-005 is now live in script-library.html (old version backed up to PREVIOUS_script-library_08-26-26.html). QA-W010-013 were added to housekeeping-library.html's QA tab, which turned out to already have a working array (QA-001-010) just never populated with the W-series.
Navigator
Same "CAI_Navigator_Master_v1.1.html" filename appeared in 16 different zips across Master/Tech/Builder — this is the most recent copy found (Tech_v1_5_FINAL_PRE_V1_6_M, 06/29/26).
About the same size, archived slightly smaller. Low priority — probably not meaningfully different.
Android Library
No standalone archived predecessor found anywhere in the 263-zip index under this or a similar name.
FOUND (round 3, 08/26/26): the most recent copy of LIBR_Android_Tech_06_20_26_v1.0a.html (from Tech_v1_5_FINAL_PRE_V1_6_M_06_29_26 zip, NOT the earlier copy I checked in round 2) has a real 6th entry -- QA-A006, "How to connect Android phone to Windows laptop via X-plore for file transfer" -- that is genuinely missing from live android-library.html (which still only has QA-A001-A005). Real, recoverable content. UPDATE: ADOPTED 08/26/26 -- USR369 approved. QA-A006 is now live in android-library.html (old version backed up to PREVIOUS_android-library_08-26-26.html).
Search log — for picking this back up later
Tool: systems/old-zips-index-api.php (fast FTS5, built by Master[10]) for discovery; systems/old-zips-search-api.php for exact extraction-path confirmation (FTS5 chokes on hyphens/dots -- use space-separated terms on the index tool, e.g. "android library" not "android-library").
Archive root: systems/old zips ref/ (SPACES not dashes) -- 263 zips, 6,511 files indexed, spans Feb-July 2026.
Extraction root (web-viewable directly, confirmed 08/26/26): /systems/old zips ref/_extracted/[version]/[zip basename, no .zip]/[internal path]
Confirmed dead end: frontend/30-Tech/apps/Database_PREV/ does not exist on the live server (404) -- but the NAME is real, it's the old per-system archival convention (ARCHIVE/Database_PREV/) from the pre-decade-code CAI versions, not a folder that should be recreated live.

ROUND 2 (08/26/26, after USR369 review) -- new finds:
- SESSION/08_QA_LOG_Housekeeping_v1.4.md (v1.4/Housekeeping_v1_4_IN-PROCESS_B_06_17_26_House_Cla_GCO_G/SESSION/) -- master narrative QA log, full question+answer detail, QA-001 through QA-014 (14 entries). Most already present in the newly-adopted housekeeping-library.html.
- Master/TRANSITORY/Tech_Scripts_v1_0_06_29_26_v1_0a.html (most recent copy: Master_v1_5_FINAL_PRE_V1_6_K_07_04_26_Mast_Cla.zip) -- despite the filename this is a QA-only unified cross-system search prototype (sys tags: windows, android). PROVES entries once existed that are NOT recovered anywhere yet: QA-015 through QA-018, QA-W010 through QA-W013 (Windows-specific), and QA-A006 (one more Android QA than the current 5). This is the strongest open lead -- the actual full content for these specific IDs has not been located.
- Confirmed dead ends this round: Tech_Library_UI_PREV.html (re-checked, still mislabeled), Tech_Android_Library_v1.0.html + LIBR_Android_Tech_06_20_26_v1.0a.html (both byte-identical/functionally identical to live android-library.html).
- No SCRIPT-005 or higher found anywhere in the archive across either round -- SCRIPT-001 through 004 (Windows) and SCRIPT-A001 through A003 (Android) may be the actual full historical set, not a trimmed-down one. Flagged for USR369 -- "almost empty" may reflect real history rather than lost content, pending his input.
ROUND 3 (08/26/26, "find everything, do this once") -- full content recovered:
- Tech_Library_UI_v1.0.html (Tech_v1_5_FINAL_PRE_V1_6_M zip, Tech/ARCHIVE/Database_PREV/) -- correctly titled "Tech Library -- yttcom.net" (NOT the mislabeled _PREV file). Has QA-001-019 + SCRIPT-001-004. Live Tech_Library_UI.html already matches this exactly -- confirmed by directly counting live entries, which I should have done in round 1 instead of trusting the false lead. Tech Library UI is NOT missing content. Correcting my earlier wrong conclusion here.
- LIBR_Windows_Tech_06_20_26_v1.0a.html ("Windows Library v1.0", same zip, Tech/ARCHIVE/Database_PREV/) -- THE real find. Has SCRIPT-001 through SCRIPT-005 (live script-library.html stops at 004) plus QA-001-018 plus 4 Windows-only entries QA-W010 (LAN file sharing/X-plore), QA-W011 (Pinegrow HTML editor rec), QA-W012 (FTP/cPanel server connection details), QA-W013 (Windows password recovery). Full working code/answer text recovered for all of it.
- LIBR_Android_Tech_06_20_26_v1.0a.html, most recent copy (same zip, Tech/ARCHIVE/Database_PREV/) -- has QA-A006 (X-plore Android-side counterpart to QA-W010), missing from live android-library.html which stops at A005.
- QA_Log_Tech_v01.md (7 zips, Tech Old v1.5/) -- likely the full narrative source behind all of the above; not yet pulled in full, but the compact JS versions above already have complete question+answer text so this is lower priority now.
Net result of the full hunt: 3 real, concrete, recoverable pieces of lost content -- SCRIPT-005 (Disable OneDrive Completely), QA-A006 (Android X-plore), and 4 Windows QA entries (QA-W010-013). Nothing else appears to be missing anywhere across Tech_Library_UI, Housekeeping, Script, Navigator, or Android libraries. Not yet added to any live page -- holding for USR369's direction on where the QA-W010-013 entries should live, since script-library.html doesn't currently have a QA tab at all.
Not yet root-caused (flagged in SOP-OLD-ZIPS-SEARCH.md, not by me): 2 of 263 zips fail extraction (Master_v1_4_IN-PROCESS_C and Master_v1.3_IN-PROCESS_J) -- may hide more content, not blocking.
