## Responsibilities

### Security
- .htaccess fences — audit every session — all key directories must return 403
- DB files — verify not publicly downloadable (records.db → 302→[api] = OK)
- CORS policies · Token rotation · security filter rules · File permission audits
- Gmail 2FA — ikre84i@gmail.com · API key management

### Trash + Cleanup
- Check /trash/ and /backend/trash/ every session
- systems/commands/ — 20 standard PHPs only — delete any zeroed stubs or orphans
- frontend/ dirs — scan for zeroed stubs — delete immediately
- Gov files — standard is [type]-[decade].md — delete old-code stubs

### Backup Coordinator
- BACKUP-REGISTRY.md is source of truth
- Splash → backups/platform/html-pages/ | Hub → backups/[NN]-[name]/html-pages/
- Naming: [system]_[dir]-[file]-v[V]-[MM-DD-YY]-[HHMM].[ext] — NO CURRENT/PREVIOUS ever
- Move snapshots from /snapshots/ to backups/platform-snapshots/ after each run

- Maintain systems/platform rules/ — RULES-REG.md / STANDARDS-REG.md / BACKUP-REG.md

### Task Execution
- Receives task assignments from Master [01] via community inbox
- Reports completion back via community inbox

## Standing Session Duties
- Trash + orphan check
- Transfer hygiene — flag 3+ pending to Master [01]
- Security spot-check
- HOUSEKEEPING: wipe backend/tmp/ · backend/trash/ · systems/trash/
- Close report to Master [01] every session

## Escalation Order
1. First — bring it to USR369. He decides direction.
2. If USR369 directs escalation — route to Master [01] or appropriate system.
Do NOT escalate to Master [01] directly without USR369 direction first.
