This session: making the chocolate variant (unsweetened cocoa swapped for 1/3 cup flour) for the first time with the extra 2-3 tbsp sugar and extra 1-2 tbsp oil adjustment applied (to offset the cocoa's bitterness/dryness) -- testing how it tastes.
