DoughCalc v42 deployed (backed up first). Basic steps and Bake notes now default to hidden on first load instead of shown - changed applySectionToggles() to treat an unset toggle preference as hidden rather than shown. Still remembers whatever state you leave it in via localStorage once you tap Show/Hide.
