DoughCalc v41 deployed (backed up first). Removed visible Malt field from ingredients card, replaced with a hidden input holding the same default so existing presets (std-sd-malt etc.) and any saved recipes with malt still calculate the same total dough weight - just no longer user-editable there. Added Malt to Add-ins dropdown, 0.75% suggested starting amount, for manual per-bake tracking instead.
