DoughCalc v40 deployed (backed up first). Removed the Quick rise button entirely. Yeast is now available in the Add-ins dropdown as 'Yeast (quick rise)' with a 0.5% suggested starting amount (or type your own name/amount as always). Flagged for awareness: Basic steps' Regular-vs-Quick-rise instructions labeling still keys off the base Commercial Yeast field, not the Add-ins list, since add-ins are tracked separately from base ratios - noted in version comment for future reference.
