DoughCalc v39 deployed (backed up first). Replaced the Yeast for... dropdown entirely with a single Quick rise tap button. Button applies the correct starter+yeast preset based on whichever mode (Bread/Pizza) is currently active, since that's the only distinction that mattered - no menu needed for two choices. Removed a dead auto-switch on starterPct input that referenced the dropdown's already-removed Overnight option (broken since v36, cleaned up now).
