DoughCalc v36 deployed (backed up first). Removed the three pure-commercial-yeast (yeast only) options from the Yeast for... dropdown menu - USR369 caught that the menu still offered them even after the instructions text was removed in v35. Only manual and the two starter+yeast options remain, renamed from Hybrid to Quick rise sourdough for consistency with the instructions labeling. Removed dead numeric-value handling code in the change listener since it's no longer reachable.
