DoughCalc v35 deployed (backed up first). Removed the pure-commercial-yeast instructions branch (USR369: not solid, directions were incorrect). Now two labeled states only: 'Basic steps - Regular sourdough' (starter only) and 'Basic steps - Quick rise sourdough' (starter + yeast together). A dough with yeast but no starter now shows no instructions block at all rather than showing wrong steps. Removed the now-unused riseTimeText helper.
