DoughCalc v34 deployed (backed up first). Basic steps now genuinely branch on leavening type instead of always showing sourdough steps: pure sourdough (starter only) keeps the fold/bulk-by-feel steps; pure commercial yeast (yeast only) switches to knead+two-rise steps with rise time matching the Yeast for... picker (quick/same-day/overnight); hybrid (both) gets a blended version noting bulk usually moves faster than pure sourdough. Caught and fixed an apostrophe breaking a JS string during syntax validation before deploy.
