DoughCalc v28 deployed (backed up first). Print now includes an Instructions section built from whatever's typed in Bake Notes, shown only if non-empty - the notesCard input/textarea itself stays hidden as before, but its actual text content now gets pulled into the printout. Percentages confirmed already excluded (that was the ingredientsCard, hidden since v27).
