Long session: Biscotti recipe (David's Biscotti, id 24) finalized through many correction rounds, 2 real platform bugs fixed along the way (SOP-KITCHEN-LOG.md now v1.4). DoughCalc overhauled -- 12 real bugs found via live device testing and fixed same day, including a pre-existing Total Dough Weight bug -- then handed off to CC[100] for Android conversion with a proper build diary. 2 new SOPs written. 2 platform tooling gaps confirmed missing (AUDIT.php, page-inventory.html).
