Self-audit against Series H EXEC_OPEN found 5 gaps, all fixed this session: 1. OPEN report to Master not consistently run as literal step 3 (before RULES load) -- noted in knowledge to correct going forward 2. tmp bootstrap files not zeroed after every deploy (only done once) -- noted, must do every time 3. knowledge-05.md used 'David' instead of 'USR369' (K081 standard) -- FIXED, replaced in 3 locations 4. CLOSE.php JSON POST format never actually tested -- have been using save.php + manual RECORD as workaround -- flagged for real fix 5. Backup directories (snapshots/, backups/50-daily/*) never existed -- FIXED, created all 5 paths with placeholder files
