summary
Reopened briefly per USR369 direction to pickup-first, verify Finance transfers actually landed, double-check Health's side for any information that should have been sent but wasn't, and produce a genuinely comprehensive handoff given high fog. Pickup confirmed clean (0 pending both queues). Independently verified all 6 financial transfers sitting in Finance's own queues from Finance's side, not just Daily's send log. Checked Health's own transfers_log (empty - they use direct inbox drops) and items table for anything Daily-related not yet sent - found nothing beyond what was already processed (the Arco gas relay). Wrote a comprehensive, well-organized handoff section covering the log_transfer bug, the car-service discrepancies, and every other open item with enough detail to act on directly next session.
work_done
1. Ran a fresh pickup pass per direct request - both community and transfer queues confirmed at 0 pending. 2. Independently verified (from Finance's own side, not Daily's send record) that all 6 financial transfers sent earlier this session are genuinely sitting in Finance's queues: msgs 1227-1232 in community inbox, transfer ids 4444-4449 in Finance's personal transfers queue. 3. Checked whether Health[70] had more to send than already received - queried Health's own transfers_log (empty, confirms they use direct inbox drops not log_transfer) and items table (nothing pending for Daily beyond old unrelated context) - confirmed nothing was missed. 4. Wrote a comprehensive, prioritized handoff section to handoff-50.md covering all 7 open items with enough detail to act on directly, plus an explicit record of what was independently verified and how, given the high-fog context at time of writing.
