Fixed 5 instances of the same dead-token bug (android.html, win/server/android-scripts.php trio, COMMANDS-30.php, factory-api.php). Genuinely removed 26+ confirmed-dead files across systems/30-tech/ (toolbox scratch scripts, temp/ pre-migration archives, internal trash/) via server-side unlink/rmdir after Trash preservation, not just content-stubbed. Deep-cleaned backend/369/ (dropzone drops, internal Trash consolidated into the platform-wide Trash/). Restored USR369's personal 369 pages (computer/electronics inventory) after an accidental stuck-key deletion on his end -- confirmed the live site itself was never actually affected, restored byte-for-byte from this session's own snapshot, verified with a live SQLite query (75 rows intact). Built restructuring-project/ (own SQLite DB + API) so large-Project granular detail stays out of the main decisions log per USR369's direct instruction. Built and iterated a new 12-banner platform hub through many rounds of USR369 visual feedback (colors recomputed for max contrast, 3D depth per feedback, several layout rewrites), deployed live as the real backend/index.html, replacing the prior version (preserved to Trash). Reworked systems/30-tech/index.php substantially: categorized All Pages section, all 14 gov/ files wired to the page's real readFile() component, a real bug fixed (4 mislabeled/1 actually-broken file-tree entries from an Admin[00] copy-paste error), a redundant duplicate governance panel deleted, page reordered. page-inventory.html brought fully current multiple times across the session. Built a new Claude Code CLI/commands reference page sourced from a live docs search, linked from the Tech hub. One disclosed mistake at close: a memory-pipeline-api.php test created a junk entry (K441) before the correct action name was found -- no delete/update action available on that API, left as flagged clutter.
