Piloted new SOP-APPS-DIRECTORY-STANDARD.md on Tech[30]: fixed a stale token blocking Windows/Android Library, rebuilt corrupted scripts.html to pull live data, moved all 11 real Tech app files into apps/, updated hub links, updated page-inventory.html. Sent Server[40] a full methodology write-up (transfer 4242) re: replicating this across remaining systems, and re: their own scripts found sitting in Tech's database. Built 4 new SOPs this session: SOP-PAGE-HYGIENE.md (caught and self-corrected a violation), SOP-ELECTRONICS-CAPTURE.md, SOP-HANDOFF-HYGIENE.md, SOP-LEGACY-HYGIENE.md, SOP-CLOSE-CONVERSATION-REVIEW.md, plus additions to SOP-OLD-ZIPS-SEARCH.md.
