Built a real, complete device inventory system for DavidsLaptop (60 programs) plus a live database-backed viewer page with descriptions and clickable links for 28 significant programs. Documented a ready-to-start plan for the next requested task -- C: drive cleanup using Claude Code CLI alongside this chat -- but no cleanup work has actually started yet.

PowerShell registry export run and deduplicated (76 to 60 entries), bulk-logged to Inventory API. Discovered mismatched device naming for a second machine (Windows 11 Desktop vs assumed ikre8). Built frontend/30-Tech/apps/inventory.html as a live dynamic viewer (device tabs, search, category grouping), validated JS twice via node --check. Added descriptions+links for 28 programs directly into the database purpose field, added auto-linkify rendering to the page. Corrected the Tech hub index link. Logged K379 (device-naming lesson) to memory pipeline. Logged QA-W033 (Claude Code CLI usage + Claude/Claude Code division of labor for the queued C: drive cleanup). Handoff rewritten with clear next-session priority order per Davids stated instructions.
