Wrote EXEC_OPEN_Tech_30_P.txt to gov/ (now historical, Series S is live). Ran Exa search on Namecheap hosting reliability. Broadcast #39 (Exa account-wide) sent to all decades; Master verified and replied with broadcast #40 + filed T736 (CATCHUP.php broadcast gap) to Server[40]. Dropped inbox #750 to Master. Found CHECKPOINT.php checks handoff-03.md not handoff-30.md -- worked around by writing both paths, logged as K219. Updated handoff-30.md/handoff-03.md and prepended LEGACY-30.md session entry.
