Two threads closed out: (1) FIX-LOG.md/fix-log.html v3 -- multi-system + Name-of-Task field, corrected a false-completion record (K390), fixed a line-ending insertion bug (D790). (2) Real session-cookie/password auth for browser tool pages after a hardcoded-token complaint -- login.php, additive auth-lib.php session support, migrated file_write_web.php off a hardcoded admin token (D791). Ran JANUS mid-close-prep (FINISHED, verified by reading the write back). T-JANUS-DESIGN closed (superseded -- JANUS is live). T-CUSTOMVAL-STD filed, still open, to_system needs fixing next touch.

fix-log.html: multi-system chip picker + Name-of-Task field, 6-field FIX-LOG format, backward-compat parser for 4/5/6-field legacy lines. Fixed \r\n line-ending insertion bug (entries were landing at file-end, not after header) -- proved via standalone Node test against real file content. Corrected a false 'Finished' status on a FIX-LOG entry that neither CC nor this session wrote (K390). Auth: built login.php, extended auth-lib.php additively (session OR token, verified every existing caller unaffected), migrated file_write_web.php off a hardcoded admin token onto the shared auth source -- found that hardcoding as a real gap while wiring the fix, same class as prior K372/K373 incidents. Full cookie-only E2E verified live (login -> read -> write -> page load, zero tokens in any request). Caught and corrected my own near-miss mid-session: briefly concluded file_write_web.php had been reverted by someone else, based on a stale header comment; a live functional test proved otherwise before I reported anything wrong.

Completed T2528 (both command-reference surfaces live-wired). Real Build Diary DB oversight sweep, 4 data-quality fixes. Caught up on new rules (NO SELF-FORCING) and Gym Logger's new ownership under Health. Made and self-corrected one real error (wrong task closed). T480 still pending USR369.

1) Cleared OPEN.php actionability gate (130+ stale items across inbox+transfers queues). 2) Read RULES-REG.md in full -- flagged and corrected my own non-compliance with the newest rule (NO SELF-FORCING, 08/18/26): had been auto-passing force=1 on every OPEN.php call without asking USR369 first; will ask before forcing through any gate going forward. 3) Caught up on Gym Logger: Health[70] took full ownership under D716/D720, shipped v5.47 through v5.77 (30+ versions) since my last touch at v5.46 -- Builder is no longer sole owner. One real unresolved bug remains, T-GYM-DATAVANISH (draft exercise data lost mid-autosave, distinct mechanism from the refresh-wipe bug I fixed as K-GYM-01) -- Health's to fix, not started this session. 4) New oversight duty (USR369 direction): Builder now oversees the platform-wide Build Diary DB while other systems build their own apps. First real sweep found and fixed 4 genuine data-quality issues: consolidated 3 duplicate Gym Logger rows into 1 (Health had been using add instead of update each time), fixed wrong system/decade codes on 2 entries (Gym Logger 07->70, DoughCalc 08->80 -- same bug class both times), corrected DoughCalc's stale version field (1.0 vs the live file's actual v42) and cleaned narrative text out of its built_by field, fixed Toolbox's dead file_path (was pointing to a 404, found the real live path via ARTIFACTS-30.md). 5) Completed T2528 (command reference consolidation): cmd-popup.js v5.6->v5.7 and commands.html v1.3->v1.4 both now fetch live version/date from Server[40]'s new get_commands_inventory endpoint via a safe async/additive pattern that never touches the existing working render code -- deliberately chosen over Server's suggested simpler redirect option after confirming that would have been a real functionality downgrade (the target page is a flat non-interactive table). Both files backed up before edit, syntax-checked (node --check) on extracted script blocks both before and after live deploy. 6) Made and self-corrected a real error: attempted to close T2528 via close_task but guessed task id=427 without verifying -- it was actually Server[40]'s unrelated, still-open T-ROTATE-WAF task. Closed it with a false close_note, caught the mistake within about a minute via list_tasks, reopened it immediately, and sent Server[40] a direct correction message. T2528 itself had no formal task record (only inbox-tracked) -- the real T2528 task id (409) is confirmed to be Tech's unrelated Laboratory field task, untouched.

Open+refresh only, no task work. Cleared actionability gate (6 items), reviewed outage backlog (yttcom.net down 08/13-08/14, no work lost), clarified T2528 is two coincidentally-same-numbered tasks (Tech's is not ours, command-reference consolidation is). T480 still pending USR369.

Cleared OPEN.php actionability gate (6 items blocking: dashboard.html 0-byte incident now resolved, FIX-LOG workflow notices, Master session-close pings -- resolved across both inbox-api.php and transfers/index.php queues per the now-understood dual-queue pattern, K343). Reviewed 51-item transfer backlog: confirmed yttcom.net outage 08/13-08/14 (Namecheap DDoS+power, not a platform bug) caused no lost work per Master's registry check. Clarified T2528 code collision -- Tech's Laboratory field task and Builder's command-reference-consolidation task happen to share the same number; the latter is genuinely ours and unblocked (Server[40] built get_commands_inventory endpoint, waiting on Builder to wire cmd-popup.js and backend/sys-com/commands.html to it). Noted D716/D720 (any system can self-build apps now). No actual build/fix work performed this session -- offered to start T2528, USR369 chose to close instead.

Cleared a blocked actionability gate (7 items, dual-queue bug confirmed), completed real T-BUILDDIARY-NAMING compliance for Gym Logger, ran full SYNC (98 items), actioned new FIX-LOG.md requirement. T480 still awaiting USR369 decision.

1) OPEN.php actionability gate was blocked on 7 items across two separate queues (personal inbox via inbox-api.php and transfers via transfers/index.php) -- discovered each queue needs its own resolve call for the same notice to clear, logged as K340. Later confirmed by Master's own finding: root cause is a redirect+POST bug (GET calls 301-redirecting, stripping POST bodies on naive callers), not a database issue -- matches what was observed empirically. 2) Completed genuine compliance work for T-BUILDDIARY-NAMING (USR369 direction 08/11, since Gym Logger's HTML was actively edited this week): renamed frontend/70-Health/apps/Gym/BUILD-DIARY.md to Gym-Logger-DIARY.md, left a pointer stub at the old path so nothing referencing the old name breaks, updated ARTIFACTS-20.md (also corrected a stale v5.43 version reference to v5.46 while there), backfilled Gym Logger into the platform-wide Build Diary DB (id 3) per the separate backfill request. 3) Ran SYNC.php -- 98 backlog items (transfers + inbox + 1 broadcast) picked up cleanly, gov file integrity checked (18 files, all present), 0 open sessions elsewhere, snapshot confirmed current. 4) Actioned the new platform-wide FIX-LOG.md requirement (Server[40] broadcast) -- added 2 retroactive entries covering this session's real work. 5) T480 (Gym Logger vs 70-app.db schema mismatch) remains open, no new work this session -- still needs USR369's decision between rebuilding the sync (lossy) or having Health read gym.db live.

Gym Logger v5.39->v5.46 fully fixed and deployed (5 root-caused bugs, 3 UI fixes). T480 investigated in depth -- real fix decision still pending USR369.

1) K-GYM-01: root-caused and fixed the AND-gate bug (hasDraft() && savedHdr) that destructively wiped session data on refresh after loading from History -- changed to OR-gate, verified live. 2) K-GYM-02/03/04: found additional fixes already present in the working file mid-session with no traceable authoring call, flagged the anomaly to USR369 rather than silently accept, reviewed each fix line-by-line before trusting, deployed after confirming correctness (KEEP checkbox now syncs to server, fixed a double-? malformed URL bug, sync no longer disables permanently on one failure). 3) K-GYM-05: investigated a reported DLM profile timeout directly via a live diagnostic script against gym.db -- proved query is instant (0.3-0.7ms), retracted the earlier Server[40] escalation with a correction. 4) T-GYM-UI-01/02/03: removed unused Hide Done/Compact buttons per USR369; fixed exercise dropdown placeholder duplicating the row header text; corrected the color-distinction fix after USR369 confirmed v5.45's text-color approach was not visible on device, switched to a border+background approach for cross-browser reliability. 5) T480 deep investigation: confirmed 70-app.db (normalized weight x reps schema) and gym.db (JSON blob, free-text sets including narrative cardio/pool entries) are fundamentally incompatible in shape, not just sync-staleness -- a naive sync would corrupt or drop cardio/pool session data. Presented two real fix options to USR369 (rebuild sync with lossy handling vs. have Health read gym.db live). USR369's reply referenced T2528, which is assigned to Tech[30] not Builder -- flagged as a likely mismatched code. Session closed before T480's actual fix direction was decided.

Extended session: closed accidental duplicate Google billing account, set up Google Maps API access, progressed Google Drive service account setup (hit and fixed a real org-policy blocker). Two threads left open for next session, both fully documented.

Escalated T2511 (lightbox photo editor, location genuinely unknown after exhaustive search) and T496 (DB schema task, jurisdiction conflict) -- both parked pending direction, not abandoned. Filed T-PAGE-AUDIT for the page-inventory.html/site-index.html registration gap found mid-session. Corrected a self-caught mistake earlier in the session (HANDOFF.php test call had overwritten the live handoff file).

Cross-checked handoff open items against records.db/inbox -- T041 confirmed closed, T323 was a wrong code (real: T702, closed), ARTIFACTS-02.md 404 explained (wrong suffix). Fixed DEFAULTS-REG.md Gym Logger pointer and BUILD-DIARY.md gap-fill entry. Self-caught and fixed a mid-session mistake (HANDOFF.php test call wiped live handoff file). Diagnosed a platform-wide 503 outage as transient/known-pattern, not a new bug.
