USR369 wanted maintenance items added for keeping the trackers themselves current. Rather than register a new duty (would contradict his T2538 direction to narrow down, not multiply), broadened tools-index-maintenance's scope and updated its owning SOP (SOP-TOOLS-MAINTENANCE.md) to explicitly include: grepping for live pages missing from page-inventory.html entirely, and keeping backend/index.html's links box in sync. Immediately ran this check as a real first pass rather than just describing it -- found maintenance-log.html (built earlier this session) was never added to Page Inventory. Added it as row #176, updated the page count 170->171 and date stamp.
