Two different pages share similar names -- backend/index.html (linked from panel.html as 'Backend') and backend/info/index.html (linked as 'Info', where I'd built the Tracking & Reference section + Actively Being Built box). USR369 was likely looking at the former the whole time and finding nothing there. Added a simple, high-contrast bordered box directly under the page title with 4 plain clickable links (Tools Index, Maintenance Schedule, Maintenance Log, Page Inventory) -- no expand/collapse, no JS behavior, just links, per the explicit ask.
