USR369 wanted a separate organized spot (not mixed into Administration) specifically for read-only tracking/reference pages, linked from the front panel, and asked for suggestions on what else belongs there. Reused the existing Info Index page (backend/info/index.html) rather than building a new hub -- it already existed as a categorized reference page, just didn't have this category or these 4 links yet, and panel.html didn't link to it at all.
