Reviewed 51-item transfer backlog: confirmed yttcom.net outage 08/13-08/14 (Namecheap DDoS+power, not a platform bug) caused no lost work per Master's registry check. Clarified T2528 code collision -- Tech's Laboratory field task and Builder's command-reference-consolidation task happen to share the same number; the latter is genuinely ours and unblocked (Server[40] built get_commands_inventory endpoint, waiting on Builder to wire cmd-popup.js and backend/sys-com/commands.html to it).
