USR369 had accidentally created two Google Cloud billing accounts, both with 00 trial credit - one under ikre84i@gmail.com, one under yttcom.net. Walked through Cloud Console to close the g account specifically, confirmed via closure banner and Gmail notification. Verified y account billing remained active and untouched. Also shut down a leftover My First Project linked to the closed billing.
