Built clean.html following dir.html/nav.html template exactly (same top-bar, collapsible rule-row pattern adapted to cat-row for tiered groups, same color tokens/fonts). Converted CLEAN-REG.md v1.2's Tier 1/2/3 protection lists, TMP rules, and sweep patterns into a JS-driven data array rendered as collapsible sections. Cross-linked into dir.html, nav.html (bottom tabs) and system/index.html (card list) so it is not a dead end per nav standard. Backed up all three modified pages before editing (dir.html, nav.html, system/index.html) plus deployed clean.html fresh. Version-bumped dir.html and nav.html to v1.1, system index to v1.1. Syntax-checked JS before deploy.
