Fixed 08/05/26: closeSystem() in backend/sys-com/kill-switch.html previously called CLOSE.php directly with no notification to Master[01], creating a silent gap. Added dropCloseReport() function, called on both the success path and the fallback path. Bumped file to v1.1, backed up original v1.0 to backups/platform/html-pages/ per SOP-HTML-BACKUP.md. Syntax-checked (node --check) before and after deploy.
