Renamed 05-Front_end→homes→frontend. Built frontend/ with 7 system dirs (apps/media/web/temp/cache/exports/assets/) + index.html each. Front Door at frontend/index.html. Color system: --sys + --text per system applied to title/breadcrumb/borders/tabs. Colored quick links bottom tabs on all system pages. Gym Logger moved to frontend/70-Health/apps/Gym/. 10-travel merged into 95-Travel deleted. Gov files all 11 systems moved to gov/ renamed type-decade.md. All 11 systems normalized 7 dirs + index.php. db-viewer.php base path fixed dirname 3x→2x. Records hub simplified 2 cards stubs trashed. records.db list_items+file_events tables. ML Editor v2.0 detail+record IDs+DB logging. Standards Hub 18/18 verified bottom tabs added. Master List updated. Broadcast ID72 all systems.
