Massive session: completed token rotation Phase 3 (then paused re-retirement pending T-R002-PROXY-GATE), built and deployed PEEK/JANUS commands, found and fixed a self-introduced token-corruption bug, built a full password-based session login system, rolled out EXEC_OPEN Series T across all 11 systems (removing a dangerous unconditional force=1), added 2 new standing laws (D-LOOKUP-ORDER, D-CONFIRM-CONSEQUENTIAL), and fixed a critical security exposure (R002 -- admin token in 5 publicly-served files) found by CC[100], with T-R002-PROXY-GATE filed to Server[40] for the real architectural fix.

D787-D801 (15 decisions logged this session). Token rotation Phase 3 completed then paused. master-list.php + 32 more files found/fixed for hardcoded old-token references across 3 sweep passes. PEEK.php and JANUS.php built and deployed to backend/tools/critical/. 5-file token corruption bug self-caught and fixed. Password login system built (backend/config/password.json, login.php v1.1).
