Series S session: recovered from a frozen prior chat session that lost T732 work, delivered T732 (SOP-GOVDIFF.md v1.1) and T729 (SPEC-GOVFILE-SUFFIX.md), cleaned up 12 orphaned platform tasks, wrote 2 new SOPs (ARTIFACT-HANDOFF, HOUSEKEEPING-SCHEDULE) after finding real enforcement gaps nobody had caught, escalated the platform-wide missing delete primitive plus Master's own blocked DB access plus Travel's stray data rows to Server as one consolidated package, verified Builder's close reports independently rather than trusting them, and executed a full platform-wide gov-file suffix migration (9 knowledge files + Daily handoff/todo merged and verified byte-for-byte, 18 code-suffix files deprecated) - caught and corrected a near-miss along the way where real medical/operational data was almost deleted based on a superficial pattern match.
