Fixed cmd-popup.js scroll-reset bug. Fixed two separate duplicate pickup functions (do_pickup for OPEN, pickup_with_task_gate for SYNC) that never checked broadcasts - both tested live and confirmed working. Corrected D267 records.db/system-DB split drift, broadcast verified. Filed T722/T723/T724. Started EXEC_OPEN Series M rollout, 5/11 systems fetched, not complete. Closing due to context fatigue per D354, full state in handoff.
