Second half of the brief's assignment to Master: updated APPS-SWEEP-STATUS.md's 5 'not started' rows (00-Admin/10-Master/40-Server/100-CC + originally-20-Builder) to a real 'NOTHING TO SWEEP' state per the brief's own finding (no frontend/[XX]/ directory exists for these).
