Built systems/commands/BACKUP.php — first-ever code implementation of D101/D105/D107 (previously only described in RULES-S.md text). Combines SNAPSHOT.php's full-platform safety net as a mandatory first step with per-domain file backup (PREVIOUS->trash immediately, CURRENT->PREVIOUS, live->CURRENT). Tested end to end on Gym Logger — correct 3-step rotation confirmed, all files reachable, v5.17 preserved correctly through the rotation.
