Built maintenance schedule control panel: maintenance-schedule-api.php+.json, maintenance.html, sop.html, new Master/Task-List-verify duty, Master[10] designated standing maintenance coordinator, SOP-HOUSEKEEPING-SCHEDULE.md v1.3->v1.4, page-inventory.html updated. Fixed a run of real live fix-log.html bugs found via USR369 screenshots: toggle-causes-row-to-move/hide (v3.2), doUpdate/toggleStatus stale-line save error (v3.4, root-caused + fixed with fresh-fetch+id/signature lookup), cramped System/Name columns + missing entry numbers on all 158 legacy entries (v3.5), then reversed numbering + surfaced entry # in edit form (v3.6). CRITICAL FLAG surfaced from inbox during close: the live admin token is hardcoded in systems/10-master/toolbox/master-tool.php (independently re-verified this session) and per 10B's own JANUS note is also published in cleartext on 5 public hub pages -- unresolved, Admin[00] waiting on Master coordination, T-R002-PROXY-GATE filed. Did not take remediation action -- surfaced to USR369 directly instead, per NO-SELF-FORCING.
