Investigated and corrected Travel[95]'s stuck-open board display bug. Ruled out kill-switch.html and DASHBOARD.php as causes via direct checks; identified SYNC.php v2.6 (built same session by Server[40]) as likely root cause per their own notes -- its new checkpoint-write feature can reopen an already-closed system without a five_checks recompute. Fixed Travel's registry directly (not SYNC.php -- wrong jurisdiction, no source access). Confirmed no audit trail exists for OPEN.php/status calls.

Fixed Travel[95] registry status via COMMS update_status. Filed T00-NOAUDIT and T00-DASHREOPEN to Server[40]. Logged K332/K333 to knowledge DB. Logged D722 decision.
