Built and deployed CHECKPOINT.php. Fixed verify_lib.php syntax error. Added description field to 58 tables platform-wide, backfilled. Wrote Human Description Field Standard into STANDARDS-S.md. Disabled PICKUP_GATE, deleted 91 noise tasks. Improved page-inventory.html and ml-popup.js. Improved DB Admin tasks view. Diagnosed Pick button bug, routed to Tech [03]. All work backed up and byte-verified.
