Session 8 close — CHECKPOINT command built platform-wide, verify_lib.php critical bug fixed, description field standard applied to 58 tables, task list cleaned, page inventory + DB Admin improved.

Built and deployed CHECKPOINT.php — mid-session save command, referenced in RULES-S.md and cmd-popup.js. Fixed verify_lib.php syntax error (missing foreach closing braces) that was silently breaking SYNC and OPEN. Added description field to 58 tables across records.db and all 11 system DBs, backfilled from subject/summary fields. Wrote Human Description Field Standard into STANDARDS-S.md. Disabled PICKUP_GATE task auto-creation, deleted 91 noise tasks from task list. Improved page-inventory.html — correct CM (cmd-popup.js), section-grouped default sort, clickable column headers. Built ml-popup.js v1.2 with sticky collapsible group headers, clickable MASTER LIST title, assigned-to system labels. Improved DB Admin tasks view — description column widened to 525px and renamed from title, priority color coding, code column repositioned. Diagnosed DB Admin Pick button bug — confirmed server-side correct, routed to Tech [03] as T626 for browser console debug. All session files backed up and byte-verified twice (07-16-26-0850 and 07-16-26-0905).
