Discovered this session: task API (backend/records/db/api.php actions list_tasks/close_task/reopen_task) has no way to mark a task blocked with a reason. D291 task gate in CLOSE.php only checks status=open. Need Server[40] to add block_task action and a blocked status so tasks can be distinguished from open (actively workable) vs blocked (waiting on something outside the system's control, like PIN access). This also lets CLOSE.php gate logic skip blocked tasks instead of forcing force_close every time.

200 OK = page loaded fine, working correctly. 302 Found = redirect, server is bouncing the request somewhere else (often means an auth/login gate is catching it before it reaches the real page). 403 Forbidden = server understood the request but is refusing it (permissions block, or a directory listing block — not always bad). 404 Not Found = the file/page doesn't exist at that path. 500 Internal Server Error = the PHP code itself crashed or errored while running. When Claude reports these codes during testing: 200 = good. 302/403/404/500 = something needs fixing, Claude will explain what.
