Backend directory hierarchy restructure completed by Server [40]. Two items remain for Builder:

1. Manual check: backend/ed/reference/api.php — old sys-com/db/ path may still be present. Inspect and update to records/db/ if found.

2. Nav/index review: Any pages that list backend sections need to reflect new structure: info/ now contains reference/, wayfinding/, server-info/, security/ — records/ now contains db/, activity/, sessions/ — projects/migration/ gained build/, config/, go/, server/ subdirs.
